Cancellation Policy
The booking is a SESSION REQUEST — not an instant confirmation. Your session will be confirmed via email or text once we secure gym availability. Please allow up to 24 hours for confirmation. Please check our Refund Policy, Terms and Conditions. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund or credit toward future sessions. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows will not be refunded or credited.
