Refund Policy
1. Training Packages & Session Packs
All session packages and prepaid plans are non-refundable once the first session has been conducted.
Unused sessions within a purchased package must be completed before the specified expiry date. Unused sessions will not be refunded.
2. Single Sessions & Drop-Ins
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund or credit toward future sessions.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows will not be refunded or credited.
3. Program or Camp Deposits
Deposits (typically 50% of the program/camp cost) are non-refundable and secure your athlete’s spot.
Remaining balance must be paid prior to the first session of the program.
4. Injury or Medical Issues
If an athlete cannot complete sessions due to a documented medical reason, we will offer a credit for future sessions valid for up to 6-12 months from the original booking date, depending on injuries.
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if presented with a doctor’s note.
5. Weather or Facility Closures
Sessions canceled by Mou’V Athletics due to weather, facility closure, or coach illness will be rescheduled at the client’s convenience at no additional cost.
6. No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to attend a session without notifying the coach at least 24 hours in advance will forfeit the session.
Repeated no-shows may result in cancellation of remaining sessions without refund.
By purchasing sessions or packages, you acknowledge and accept this refund policy.
