Terms & Conditions
1. General Policy
By purchasing any training session or plan package with Mou’V Athletics, the client agrees to abide by the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to ensure professionalism, client safety, and optimal training outcomes.
2. Session Packages & Expiration
Training sessions (single or package) must be used within 2 months of purchase, unless otherwise stated or both parties come to a mutual agreement.
Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable once the training program begins. No-shows without notice count as a used session.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will result in the session being forfeited.
Sessions canceled by the trainer due to weather, facility, or personal emergencies will be rescheduled without penalty.
4. Late Arrivals
Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.
If a client is more than 20 minutes late, the session may be forfeited at the trainer’s discretion, depending on availability. If late, the remaining time will be used, it will be no more than the planned time.
5. Down Payment / Deposits
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure any training plan, group training program, or summer package.
Remaining balance is due after the first session or half way through the training plan.
No sessions will be conducted until the deposit and payment has been received in full.
6. Liability Waiver
By participating in any Mou’V Athletics training session, the client (or the parent/guardian if under 18) acknowledges and agrees that:
Physical activity involves risk of injury.
The client has been cleared by a physician to participate in strength, conditioning, and performance training.
Mou’V Athletics and its staff are not liable for any injuries sustained during training sessions.
Clients are expected to follow instruction, use equipment safely, and disclose any medical issues prior to training.
7. Conduct Expectations
Clients must respect equipment, facilities, and the coach at all times.
Any form of harassment, unsafe behavior, or repeated tardiness may result in dismissal without refund.
Athletes under 18 must be picked up promptly after sessions, and parents must communicate any emergencies in advance.
8. Media Release
Unless otherwise requested in writing, clients and guardians give permission for photos or videos taken during training to be used for marketing and educational purposes on Mou’V Athletics social media and website.
9. Weather Policy (for outdoor/mobile sessions)
Outdoor sessions may be canceled due to severe weather (lightning, extreme heat, etc.) and will be rescheduled.
Clients should come prepared with water, turf shoes, and proper attire for conditions.
